The meeting of the two Dublin clubs will take place in Greenogue, thus meaning that Peamount have home advantage for a game that will kick off at 6pm.
Shelbourne are the current holders of the League Cup following their 3-2 win over UCD Waves in May 2016, but Peamount have twice won the competition themselves so both teams know what it takes to be victorious.
Extra-time and a penalty shoot-out shall follow should the game be level after 90 minutes.
