The full squad trained at the FAI National Training Centre, including Seamus Coleman who had a slight hamstring strain ahead of last Friday's 4-0 victory away to Gibraltar.
Manager Martin O'Neill insists the team are ready for what he calls a "must-win game" as Ireland look to improve their standing in Group D and inch closer towards qualification.
Ireland previously beat Georgia 2-1 at the beginning of the qualifying campaign with a memorable finish from Aiden McGeady and O'Neill would be happy with a similar result again.
