Now in it's eighth year, the Dublin club's Kilshane Road venue will welcome more than 450 players from Dublin, Kildare and Belfast.
With the help of the FAI, the tournament will see competitions take place at all age levels from Under-8s to Under-13s.
Starting on Monday evening, matches will take play each weeknight, before the Finals are completed at the weekend.
Finglas Celtic have built a relationship with Belfast's Ballysillan Swifts in recent years through cross-border events. This year will see the Belfast side travel to Finglas to take part in the competition for the first time.
Speaking ahead of the week-long event, Club Secretary Henry Keely has described Finglas Celtic's Festival of Football as "the club's biggest event of the year".
