
Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill has selected his squad for the international friendly against Northern Ireland (November 15) in Aviva Stadium and the UEFA Nations League game with Denmark (November 19) in Ceres Park, Aarhus.
Injury rules out defender Derrick Williams (hamstring) and forward Shane Long (ankle), while Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher and Southampton attacker Michael Obafemi retain their places following first senior call-ups.
Manchester United defender Lee O'Connor, who is captain of the Ireland Under-19s, will link up with the squad for training at the FAI National Training Centre.
Aston Villa midfielder Glenn Whelan will lead the Ireland team out as captain against Northern Ireland for his 85th senior cap but will not travel with the squad to Aarhus for the Denmark game.
