
The EGM has been called to facilitate rule changes required to implement some of the recommendations contained in the Governance Review Group report ahead of the AGM in Trim on July 27th. The EGM will take place at 5.30pm on July 20th, following the Women’s Football Convention at the same venue.
The first phase of the proposed changes to the Constitution of the Association will be presented to the Association’s members at the AGM on July 27th.
AGM Members received a letter of notice concerning the EGM today, along with the proposed rule changes.
Draft terms of reference for the new football committees recommended by the Governance Review Group were also forwarded to members along with the EGM notice.
The new recommended football committees are:
- Football Management Committee
- International and High Performance Committee
- Domestic Competitions Committee
- Club and League Development Committee
- Underage and Player Development Committee.
