Following on from last Saturday's Annual General Meeting in Trim, at which the President and Vice President were elected and the six football constituency Directors were nominated to an Interim Board, the commitment to add four more independent directors will be aided by a world-leading executive search firm.
The search, conducted by Amrop, will focus on specifically recruiting an independent non-executive chairperson and three additional independent non-executive directors.
These positions will be publicly advertised in Friday’s Irish Times, the Sunday Business Post and the Sunday Independent over this coming weekend.
