The all-Dublin affair, held at the FAI National Training Centre, is the culmination of a long season that has seen both teams reach the Final. The matchup is a repeat of the innaugural Bobby Smith Cup Final held in 2012.
Named after the founder of the FAI/ETB Irishtown course, Bobby Smith died in June 2018 after a long illness.
Cabra manager Harry McCue and Irishtown boss Gerry Davis visited the FAI's Headquarters ahead of the game, to preview Wednesday's showpiece.
"We were in the Northern Section", Davis told FAI.ie. "We ended up in a Play-Off with Dundalk to get to the Semi-Final. We came through that, before an away trip to Waterford in the Semis."
McCue is expecting a tough clash tomorrow against their Dublin rivals.
"The Final is always very competitive, especially in the Northern Section this year. We beat Cork in the Semi-Final at home."
The ETB and FAI run courses in centres all around Ireland, with Education and Football joining forces, with students earning a QQI Level 5 Qualification.
"We have a great relationship with the FAI" DDLETB's Annette Andrews revealed. "We've had learners return to England, and have returned with a basic education. We're delighted to help them gain that education."
Both sides have already met this season in the Northern Section, with Cabra earning a 3-1 win over Irishtown. Kick-off on Wednesday is at 2pm.
