Drawn in Pot 2, Ireland will face Russia, Germany and Belgium in Krakow, Poland during the September tournament.
Ireland finished in sixth place in the inaugural tournament in 2017, in Turkey.
Speaking after the draw, Ireland manager Chris McElligott said he is looking forward to the competition.
"Now that we have seen the draw we can now focus on what will be our first game in the tournament against Belgium, followed by a tough game with one of the strong teams and favourites Russia.
"In our final group game we can make sure of Qualification if we can overturn the powerful Germany in what promises to be a tough game for us, as will the Russian game. Rest assured we will have to be at our best in all three games to get out of the group."
