Having originally come together last year, the group linked up again for Module 2, which focused on 'Leading Others' and dealt with conflict, stressful situations, and influencing.

FAI Interim Deputy CEO Niall Quinn and Republic of Ireland Women's Manager Vera Pauw both gave presentations to the group, focusing on their own experiences of leadership.

"As with Module 1 of our Leadership Programme, there were some great learnings and takeaways for the participants from the topics covered over the course of these two days," said Sue Ronan, FAI Head of Women's Football.

"I’ve no doubt the knowledge and experience gained will help these women immensely when they face real life situations in football, whether that be at club, league, regional or national level."

Set up in partnership with FIFA & UEFA, the Programme aims to provide female administrators with the tools, techniques and skills necessary for them to undertake senior positions efficiently and with greater confidence within Clubs, Leagues, Regional and National Committee level.

A graduation ceremony for the participants will take place in May.
