The members of the FAI have elected to introduce an Eligibility check for all persons seeking to be appointed to a position on the Board of the FAI or of a Committee of the FAI.
As part of that process Members have approved an Electoral Code outlining the process to be followed and the criteria to be met when seeking appointment to the Board of the FAI or to FAI committees. The FAI is now seeking volunteers to become members of a newly formed Electoral Committee and Electoral Appeal Committee to oversee this process.
Members shall be appointed by the membership of the FAI for a term of 4 years.
