Having completed the domestic double last year, Peamount United enter the 2021 season as favourites to lift the title once again. But Dublin rivals Shelbourne - who have Noel King in charge - will also fancy their chances.
Wexford Youths, Cork City, Galway WFC and DLR Waves will be considered outside contenders for a title shot but all four teams have strengthened in the off-season and are ready to go.
Treaty United also have a new manager in Niall Connolly, while Athlone Town and Bohemians prepare for their second season in the League after both impressing in their debut campaigns last term.
