The FAI is inviting views from all constituents as the Association develops its overarching FSR strategic plan. The online survey, which is now live and will run until May 31, 2021, can be accessed here and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses will be fully confidential.

Jonathan Hill, Chief Executive Officer of the FAI, said: “A Football and Social Responsibility strategy which all of our constituents can play a role in developing is key for the Association as we continue to move towards making the FAI a more inclusive, diverse and modern organisation. We are proud of our community engagement and our place in Irish society and I would encourage as many people as possible to help shape our FSR strategy by taking part in this survey and helping Irish football to make a real societal difference.”

Des Tomlinson, FAI Intercultural Programme National Coordinator, added: “We are looking to hear from Irish football’s key stakeholders such as football clubs, grassroots coaches and supporter groups as well as government departments, local authorities and our community and commercial partners. All the responses collated will go to support the development of an overarching Football and Social Responsibility Strategy for the FAI. Feedback from this important stakeholder engagement process will help us enhance and develop new and existing areas of Football and Social Responsibility so that Irish football continues to have meaningful impact for communities, society and stakeholders alike.”

FSR strategies are currently being developed by all 55 of UEFA’s member associations and the information gathered will not be used for any other purpose.
