Martin O'Neill's team travel to Faro, Portugal for their seventh game in Group D and it will be their second meeting in Gibraltar following the 7-0 victory in the Aviva Stadium last October.
Ireland currently sit fourth in the group with four games remaining and Keane believes they must remain fully focused on collecting the three points on offer in their next game.
Following Friday night's game, the Ireland squad will return to Dublin and immediately prepare for Monday's qualifying against Georgia at the Aviva Stadium.
