Both games take place on Saturday evening with Wexford Youths hosting Peamount United in Ferrycarrig Park and Shelbourne Ladies FC meeting Shelbourne U18 LFC at Morton Stadium.
The winners of the two games will make it through to the final at Aviva Stadium on Sunday, November 8, which is the showpiece event for women's domestic football and has proved to be a terrific occasion in recent years.
Wexford Youths manager Will Doyle will be motivating his players to do all that they can to reach the final as they attempt to maintain momentum from last season's Continental Tyres Women's National League triumph.
"We want to get to the Aviva Stadium. We're an ambitious club and that is the aim for us to get to the Cup final. We want to build on our success from last year," said Doyle.
Shelbourne Ladies boss Casey McQuillan has adopted a similar mindset as his club - newly formed following a merger with Raheny United - aim to get into a position to challenge for silverware early in the new season.
"Anything can happen on a given day, so it will just be about my team making all the right plays on the night," said McQuillan.
