Three editions of the course will take place virtually over June and August, with the aim to give leaderships skills at all levels of the grassroots game around the country.
Each course lasts three days, and is open to all coaches who have at least a National D Licence, Safeguarding 1 Certificate and Garda vetting.
Head of Coach Education Niall O'Regan says the course will help coaches take on leadership roles within their club.
"The UEFA Grassroots Leaders Certificate will provide Grassroots coaches with an excellent insight into the Coaching Coordinator role within the FAI Club Mark system and help develop our players, coaches and clubs in the grassroots game.
FAI Head of Grassroots Ger McDermott the course will help club members who are already part of the Club Mark process.
“Grassroots Clubs are the lifeblood of the game and the UEFA Leaders Award provides us with a great opportunity to identify and share best practice.
"The course will be of huge benefit to our Club Mark clubs and indeed to the growth and development of the game in Ireland.”
